Nanket Games
Stack & Smash Privacy Policy
Effective 30 August 2026
Stack & Smash does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, messages, contacts, or precise location.
Optional analytics and crash reporting
The game asks before enabling optional gameplay analytics and crash reporting. If you agree, Firebase Analytics receives gameplay events such as level starts, completions, difficulty, and aggregate run performance. Firebase Crashlytics receives crash diagnostics, device and app version information, and technical stack traces. Firebase may assign a pseudonymous app-instance or installation identifier. We do not set an account or Firebase user ID, and analytics signals for ad personalization are disabled. You can change this choice in the game’s Settings.
Advertising and privacy choices
The game uses Google Mobile Ads for optional rewarded ads and occasional interstitial ads at completed-run breaks. We request contextual or non-personalized ads, disable the publisher first-party ad identifier, do not request iOS App Tracking Transparency permission, and remove Android advertising-ID and interest-topic permissions where supported. Google’s User Messaging Platform checks whether a regional privacy message is required, records applicable choices, and provides an in-game privacy choices entry point when required. Ads are not requested until the consent SDK reports that they may be requested.
Google and participating advertising partners may still process device, advertising, interaction, and approximate-location data for ad delivery, security, fraud prevention, measurement, and other purposes described in their notices.
Local game data
Progress, coins, selected racer, audio and haptic preferences, and privacy choices are stored locally on your device. Removing the game may remove this data.
Data deletion requests
Stack & Smash does not create player accounts or assign a publisher-controlled user ID. To request deletion of data that the publisher can identify and control, email nanket.dev@gmail.com with the subject Stack & Smash deletion request. Include the platform (Android or iOS) and an approximate date when diagnostics were enabled or the issue occurred. Do not include unrelated personal information. We will confirm the request and delete directly controlled records that can reasonably be matched to the information supplied.
Local progress and settings can be deleted immediately by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the game. Crashlytics crash traces and associated installation identifiers are retained by Firebase for 90 days before removal begins. Google Analytics user-level and event-level data is retained for no longer than 14 months for this standard property; aggregated or de-identified reports may be retained longer. Data processed independently by Google Mobile Ads and participating advertising partners is subject to their published retention and deletion procedures. Because the game has no account and does not set a Firebase user ID, some pseudonymous SDK records may not be linkable to a deletion request.
Children
Stack & Smash is not intended to collect personal information from children. Store age ratings, target-audience declarations, and advertising treatment are configured for each release and region. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate.
Your choices and contact
You can change optional diagnostic sharing and open available advertising privacy choices from Settings inside the game. For privacy questions, email nanket.dev@gmail.com.
